Featuring a body of work cultivated over 3 years of experimenting with carving and painting recycled skateboards inspired by the interplay of mental health related flowing visuals combined with surrounding inspirations captured particularly from Melbourne but also containing momentary influences of; nostalgia, childhood, graffiti, skateboarding, depression and beauty.
An exhibition that's been built over years in cold warehouses, share houses, shoebox apartments and more through the downs and ups of the pursuit to turn personal struggles into something more vibrant than dull. With work harkening back to the roots of where it all began, just a kid with stagnant time, dodgy tools, trashed skateboards and a bit of paint.
